Now that the Christmas holidays are over and we're back to work mode I just want to let those First-Time Buyers or those who are looking to downsize that they are great opportunities in the Condo market... to buy a new condo and move in today... especially at Scarborough Town Centre with the "Henderson's Centro Condos", or  Tridel's Solaris Condos at Kennedy & 401.

If you are looking for early next year you can buy at Altitude by The Conservatory Group with as little as 5% until closing.  If you are really considering 2013...  Encore at Equinox by Monarch also allows you to buy with 5-10% until occupancy at which time you will have to come up with another 5%.

Then there are assignments at Ventus 1 and Ventus 2 by Tridel at Kennedy and 401 which will be ready in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

SAVE Money CONDO Owners - CENTRO 1& 2 and Tridel SOLARIS 1 & 2

Many investors purchased Centro 1 and 2 and Solaris 1 & 2 Condos. 

Some of you might have an "assignment" clause and are looking to sell before spending thousands in closing costs.  I know majority of you don't have an assignment clause and will be leasing or selling your units after closing in the spring of 2011.
