I've been telling everyone for a month, on the internet and on my newsletter about Tridel's AVANI at Metrogate that just got released on Friday to VIP agents. This master planned community at Kennedy & 401 has released 1BR + D units from $199 with 1 Parking included. Obviously you aren't going to get a condo at $200K right now.. a few days later... but they do have a lot of 1BR units and you can probably get something around $210 - $230K.
Don't get left behind and complete your worksheet. The deadline to hand them in and get a suite prior to public release ends this week.
