Open Houses- Doing It Right

It's no point having an Open House if it is not done right.  You might ask what do you mean?
Ok... we've all seen the "Garage Sale" signs... advertising a Garage Sale... usually it is at the nearest corner to the house.  When only a handful of cars drive by that corner, how many visitors do you think you'll get dropping by to check out what you have for sale?
How many Garage Sale signs do you miss?  They are printed on a cardboard with black pen/marker and just too difficult to read or are to small and by the time you get near you've driven by it.
Just like a Garage Sale - Open Houses have to be done right to get the greatest number of possible buyers through the house.  How?
